If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time slot, unfortunately, no refund will be given.

For safety and security, our vehicles are equipped with CCTV cameras, which are monitored throughout the service. Additionally we subscribe to an armed response security company, in case of emergency events.

Important Accessibility Notice: Our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the safari-style vehicles and stairs involved. All passengers must be mobile and able to navigate stairs unassisted, both in the vehicles and at the wine estates.
Loved it! I would recommend to remove Maastricht because one is not guaranteed a table or wine tasting. It was a complete waste of time and everyone got irritated by it because we sat in the extreme heat and terrible wind. Other than that, it was fantastic! - Jeanné

We were a group of 11 and it was a great way to see the valley, enjoy the wine farms freely without worrying about parking, and able to enjoy the wine at the various farms without worrying about the very strict drink/driving laws now enforced in the cape. The driver and tour guide were well informed, friendly and knowledgeable. I lived in the valley for many years and still learned new information about the area. Highly recommended as an easy and enjoyable way to experience the Durbanville Wine Valley. - Beth
Was a wonderful day.. staff were fantastic. Only criticism is better signage within Burgandy Estate to get to the pick up point. Hopefully the wine farms will buy into your service and hold tables for your guests so that we do not have to book tables seperately. Otherwise great job. - Rodney
We had a great experience on the Durbanville wine safari. Friendly and welcoming service from Henri. They were always on schedule and very helpful with securing seats for us at the venues even though we didn't have reservations. - Yasirah
