Good day, we had the most memorable moments. From the service to every wine farm and every platter served with great wine it was wonderful. The scenery all were fabulous! - Angelica
Firstly, the email correspondence was exceptional. Thank you, Joss Terry. Secondly, the driving experience was really nice. The driver and assistant were very punctual, and when they were about 5 mins late once they phoned to notify us. We're very impressed. Then there are a few but-s: 1. I think the stops are way too long. I think an hour1/2 max or even an hour is enough. 2. The first stop (for the 10:30 start) was Nitida. Their wine tasting is not quite open then, but they kindly accommodated us though (and offered a really cute kiddies tasting for my friend's children). 3. Last stop was de Grendel. When trying to book a table for tastings I saw that the last booking is14:00 (on Sundays) -even though our bus stopped there around 15:05 only according to the schedule. I was assisted very well per email to accommodate a tasting, but unfortunately de Grendel still could only give us a half-tasting because of time constraints. I know you seem to have teething problems, but please just keep in mind the opening times of the wine tastings when setting up the bus schedule. Also -this is a wine tour, which makes it sound like it's focused on the wine tasting experience. Ours felt more like a "use the restaurant or coffee shop to pass the time or because the tastings aren't quite open yet" experience. I would love to try it again, as it was a friendly experience overall, but you guys need to sort out your schedule please. - Talita
We had a wonderful time with our German friends that were here for the holidays. Your staff were very friendly and accommodating with all the guests and made sure everyone was having a good time. The only thing i think you can improve on is the place where we leave from. There needs to be signage of some sort indicating where people need to gather. When you arrive in the parking area no one knows they have to drive up the side ally to the back of the building for the collection point. - Cheryl
Thank you, it was a wonderful experience. Lots of laughter. Our 1st stop at Durbanville Hills was early, so we were able to have a good breakfast before we started the wine tasting. our last stop at Bloemendal was a little confusing as they said we had not booked and that the Wine tour had used up their two bookings. they did however manager to put us up inside and once we had settled enjoyed the wine tasting. We had had hoped for a snack with the wine tasting but apparently, we were to later and the kitchen had closed at 1.30pm, which was disappointing as we needed food by that stage. This was not the Wine Safari Tour' s fault. - Penny
Its a must do!!! The booking was done professionally and on the actual tour, the staff was amazing. I am definitely doing it again - Thando
