Experience a truly South Africa adventure with an exciting game drive through the Clara Anna Fontein Game Reserve.
Ticketing and Check-In:
You may show our tour guide the email confirmation, clearly showing your name and surname.
You can also print the email confirming your booking.
Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time slot.
Cancellations:
If you cancel 7 Days or more before your scheduled time slot, you’ll receive a full 100% refund.
If you cancel less than 7 Days before your scheduled departure time slot, unfortunately, no refund will be given.
To initiate a refund, simply email cancellations@durbanvillewinesafari.com and include your booking ID in the subject line.
Please note: Pets are not permitted on the wine tour.
GAME DRIVE: 30min Game Drive and scenic stop over with a complimentary bottle of wine.
WINE TASTINGS: Experience any wine tasting or wine pairing options on the menu.
RESERVATIONS: Guaranteed Seating at each Wine Tasting Centre.
TRANSPORTATION: We’ll take care of getting you to each wine estate on your tour, with transportation from the departure station to each stop on this prescribed line.
FOOD: Unless the PICNIC FOR TWO option is added when making your booking.
BOTTLES OF WINE: All wine bottles ordered at the wine estates are for the guests account. Our package includes wine tastings ONLY.
Important Accessibility Notice: Our tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the safari-style vehicles and stairs involved. All passengers must be mobile and able to navigate stairs unassisted, both in the vehicles and at the wine estates.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we expect our guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. This means refraining from loud, disruptive, offensive, or intoxicated behaviour. Failure to comply may result in our team suspending or terminating the tour. For safety and security, our vehicles are equipped with CCTV cameras, which are monitored throughout the service. Additionally we subscribe to an armed response security company, in case of emergency events.
